why does this shite surprise you anymore?
its better just to accept the fact that in the next 10-15 years, basically every major TV show from the 70s-90s will get a reboot or be redone as well as most movies

You know what. I like a lot of the songs, so it actually might be fun to see an updated version.
Will be interesting to see how much of the content they change.
Could be total crap. Probably will be total crap, but it also could be fun.

Considering that people have been doing stage versions for a long time now I don't see why this would be a big deal.

I remember going to the movies in the early 90s and being dragged (pun!) to this by a red-headed chick who lived next door to me in my college apartment building. She wasn't hot, kinda weird nose and not a great bod, but I was horny and I thought I might get laid or at least a hand job if I agreed. I knew it was gonna be bad when she drank 4 of the 6 beers in the six-pack I bought. Well, I went and she fell asleep, waking up a cranky bitch. Needless to say, I didn't get laid.
