Eerily enough, the end of the last season his character seemed primed to take on a more spiritual tone to the liquor....

Fuk me what a sad day.... Dunsworth was supposedly a genuinely decent and nice man.

I don't give shite what anyone says, he shouldve won multiple Emmy's for his portrayal as Jim Lahey... It's one of the greatest comedic acting performances ever... Period.

He was also the best character on the show and easily the most complex and Dunsworth was able to convey that perfectly. Damn.... This really saddens me. This thread won't get that many responses either which saddens me also because it shows just how many people missed out on seeing Jim Lahey.

Gonna fricking polish off some shittastic liquor for Ole Dunsworth tonight.

I saw him and Randy at the Spanish Moon a few months ago. They looked they were having a great time. He really seems to love what he's doing and talking to people. He was hanging out upstairs and shooting pool with people, just having a good time. The show was hilarious too. Seemed like a very genuine guy who loved his work.
