Wife is back in town from business. We're ordering a pizza and going to relax and unwind with some wine. She wants a romantic comedy... My suggestion of Boogie Nights didn't suffice.

Any suggestions for something we can both enjoy?

Since I just saw it for the first time ever myself and was impressed enough to start a thread on it:

Cold Mountain.

Should fit both of your requirements.

"In a World..." - its on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Really good comedy, good chance you would both enjoy it.

Porkys. It's a comedy but has some love in it.

if you really want a comedy and don't mind sill.. then, if you haven't seen, "Tucker and Dale vs Evil" y'all should watch that. hilarious. and there's a love interest. it's not a horror movie at all fwiw.

About Time

This...all of this. More than any other movie listed.

It definitely fits her requirement, and as a man (who assumedly loves his dad) you'll love it too.
