My love moment

I was hooked from the very opening scene, I knew I would like the show from then. But in episode 3ish when he has the dude chained up in teh basement and he's pulling those broken plate pieces out of hte trash and putting htem together and realizes the dude has a piece, man that was when I knew I was in for a ride.

Watching right now. Midway through 5th season.

***spoilers****
Just finished the episode where Walt brought Mike his bag. I'm really ready for Walt to become likable again. He hasn't been likable since he blasted Gus.

I was hooked the first episode, and if not then the plate scene got me for good.

Wish we could pull up those weekly threads from the first few seasons. I finally quit reading & posting in them because people were reading articles with info about future episodes, questions writers answered, etc. I didn't want to know any of that stuff.

I pulled up the first two seasons of them three seasons in and bumped them. I don't even remember what was in the subject lines for them. Was there a new one every week?

ETA: This is the oldest thread I can find: Breaking Bad...(Posted on 4/19/09 at 8:50 pm)

See I said some stupid things in it.

Maybe the OP can get an idea of what we were drawn in by from this.

Once S1E5 aired, Crazy Handful of Nothin', I knew it had a chance of being one of the best.

You don't start calling something the greatest though until a few seasons in because greatness is also measured by consistency over several season.

I think once Gus increased his presence, it was sealed as one of the all times for me.
