They speculate that her name is Alexandra Bont, a gender-swapped version of Alexander Bont, the first Kingpin of Hell's Kitchen.
Don't know how they will explain the whole mutant growth hormone thing though.

Gender has to do with the fact that there are no existing characters in Marvel named Alexandra (the officially released name of her character)
