Pulp Fiction
i don't know how the bad guys win. the only ones that fit this bill would be jules and butch.
butch is the closest thing to a hero in the film.
jules' character is a BMF but in the end he sees the err of his ways and looks for redemption.
unless you're talking about marcellus. yes he lives.....but "win" takes on a bit of a differing definition for both of us.

Phantom Menace - Young Anakin herp derps his way into blowing up the Trade Federation - a few minutes later, the POS/future Dark Lord is eye-fricking a young Natalie Portman.
ETA: This should fall under least favorite movies where the bad guys win

Perfect Analysis! Pulp Fiction is a movie about redemption.

I put Pulp Fiction up there as well as Unforgiven because there are no "good" guys. So by default...bad guys.
My true intent may have been to spur discussion though.
