Just wanted to drop this little gem off to the board. The trailer aired at FOX's up-fronts today.
It's supported by MLB and tells the story of Major League Baseball's first female pitcher. Tag line? "A true story on the verge of happening."
Don't think I'll be watching this one (even with the dad from Wonder Years and Zack Morris in it). I'll say it airs four episodes before being shipped off to a quick run off the remaining original order over Christmas.

Just so it's not all negative, here's the trailer for Making History (also on FOX). Stars Adam Pally from Happy Endings and Leighton Meester. Created by the guys who do The Last Man on Earth so I have faith they can make something high-concept, interesting, and occasionally funny.

What a terrible idea for a show. I'm tempted to watch just to see how bad the actual baseball scenes are.

It's a shame it will never make it long enough for us to get the climactic scene where one of her teammates proposes to her mid-game on the mound.
