The good news in this is Abrams has some experience awesomely closing out a show with a shortened final season with Fringe. Hopefully he can repeat that feat with POI

That's a bummer, I really enjoy this show.
It kind of made the same jump that Fringe did, going from story line of the week to large philosophical debates/ideas.

I agree I'm bummed its ending but have my fingers crossed that the writers give POI fans as satisfying ending as Fringe did.
Maybe I'm setting myself up for failure bc Fringe's final season was outstanding and the finale was my favorite dramatic finale of all time.
