Next week can NOT get here soon enough, it's time to go save our favorite female character named Sameen.

But seriously, this season started off a bit slow, but the last few episodes have really brought this season around. Vengeance is going to be so sweet as we move forward onto taking down the Samaritan bastards!

also, can we please see the downfall of the bitch terminator, she is really starting to piss me the hell off, and I really really don't know how I feel about them making Control someone we can sympathize with, but then again we hated Root until mid-season last year, so in the writers we trust.

they surprised me with the possibility of bringing her back. the edge of tomorrow episode had the feel like it was the end of a character type episode. I didn't expect her back.

when was the last episode, is it the one where finch discovers that "mini" is dominic? And dominic and crew are in that old gym? I think that's the last episode I've seen but that was a while ago.

Nobody does since she's pregnant and said she is taking time off for that purpose.

Or are they pulling the biggest hoax ever on us?

Finally caught up, as well. Awesome storyline so far.

Have to disagree with this, though. Control is still ice cold and rotten to her core. Beyond trying to steer her daughter away from violent computer games, she's hasn't done a whole hell of a lot to make herself sympathetic yet.

Not sure I'm a big fan of the Samaritan operative camped out in the Pentagon. He did everything short of the Dr. Evil pinky to the lip routine and that seemed just a little too blunt for this point in time when Samaritan is still (supposedly) trying to float under the radar while it consolidates its position.

And while Reese, Root and Shaw get all the press as the show badasses, Finch is the guy that I would pick last if I had to choose one to screw with.

If Shaw does come back it won't be this season. Apparently twins can reek havoc on ones time.

I don't follow Hollywood gossip, I had no idea she was pregnant. I just also found out that she is married to van

I think this trilogy will have a bitter non fairy tale ending. Setting up all this time everyone just assumes she'll be fine, but I think they'll try to shock us.

If I'm wrong, let us hope for some more Root on Shaw action.

I just wanted to pop in and say I finally started watching this show. The episode in S2 in which Shaw is introduced... Easily in my Top 10 episodes of all time (regardless of show). This show took a mid-Season 2 leap forward just like Fringe did. I'll be all caught up with you guys in a week or 2.

ETA:

FWIW - My last bar's owner's wife is a former Dallas Cowboy cheerleader and good friends with SS. Got to meet n hang out one night. SUPER fricking cool lady.

This thread looks to be a reunion of the MTVB "Fringe" gang.

Shaw better not be dead.

And the Samaritan Blonde Ice Princess needs to get got.

I haven't even caught up with y'all as far as viewing is concerned... but I'm 99% sure she'll be back at some point.

I'm glad they didn't kill her off. I still don't think they'll reunite her with Team Finch until next season sometime. If they show her anymore this season it'll be a chest up shot because she seriously is having twins.

On a side note, now that Root apparently bolted (temporarily anyways), we'll get some old school episodes with Reese and Finch doing missions alone (with the occasional help from Fusco of course).

Think they're going to incorporate that Hispanic former IA cop, too.

I agree. They'll need someone to assist while Shaw is out and Root will be temporarily MIA it seems. I liked the Root/Shaw thing just as much as anyone else, but it was starting to become too much of the show in my opinion.
