The dr mentioned to Dwight "you might even end up leading an outpost"
I wonder how many outposts there are. I wonder if the set up a new crew in the stations that rick massacred.
I assume that Simon leads an outpost somewhere. I also assume that the guy that meets with ezekiel leads an outpost.

Why did Dwight lie to Negan knowing what will happen when he finds out?
I imagine Dwight might not make to the end of the season and that Negan will kill him off eventually.
Oh, there is a reason they kept showing the empty jail cell in Alexandria...

Dwight probably plans on bailing now once the time is right now that his wife is no longer prisoner.
They have to capture Dwight or another savior, otherwise there's no way to ever know how many outposts exist or where they are.
Unless Dwight wife is found by some of the good guys.

This show hasn't been canceled yet?

Yes.
We're all just pretending it wasn't so we could get cool reactions like yours.

This is really all that needs to be taken from this episode as far as his arc is concerned. He has nothing keeping him with the Saviors now, unless he likes the way of life.
I have a feeling we are really going to hate the next episode. It looks like it will focus on Rosita being on the rag, and Michone and Rick will get into an unnecessary predicament just to remind us that this is a show about zombies. We will complain that nothing really got accomplished until the last 5 minutes or so. I hope I'm wrong, but it doesn't look that way.
Lastly, without spoiling anything, how big is Negan in the comics? I understand size isn't everything with intimidation, but every time they show his whole body, I can't get over his bird legs. It looks like his pants are about to fall down to his ankles.

I'm not an avid reader, but I've seen some of the comics. In that, Negan is built much more like a football player.

This episode was ok to me. I liked seeing inside the Sanctuary.
I did find it pretty funny when Negan ask Eugene about "Who are you" and Eugene's answered before Negan finished "I was Negan before I even knew I was Negan"

Yeah, he's built more like Abraham from the show.

Just googled
Negan looks huge compared to comic Rick.

Rewatching the episode now. The actor who played Eugene really did a great job this episode.

What's the deal here? Is Eugene playing them? He kind of smirked when he walked away after trembling and crying the whole time with Negan.
Plus he has the pills to kill him.

Eugene has always been about Eugene first
up until he bit Dwight on the nads then agreed to the suicide RV drive he'd never even tried to be selfless. It's not a stretch to see that in his current circumstance that "joining" the saviors is his right play
for now, I think his turn is genuine
