Agreed bamatab. I thought the same thing about the gun shed. It's definitely setting up the future throwdown with the saviors.

People love talking about World War 2 but forget it was a long time between Pearl Harbor and D-Day.

Wars have to be planned and set up. Obviously we are seeing different groups that are aligned against Negan.

I know people want action every week but I like this new group and can see why they don't trust anyone. Negan fricks minds, and you don't know who works for him.

Good God. Just watched.

Seemed like an Episode of Fear The Walking Dead.

So very bad.

These side stories are ridiculous. I was liking Ezekiel, but it's been about a month since I've seen him. By the time I see him again, any good will he built up with me will be gone.

These writers are morons.

yeah this is pretty telegraphed
Rick meets the other communities with Morgan/carol/Sasha/Maggie as allies there
plans are made and an army is raised

now...all we need is guns
Tara you know where any guns are?

Yea definitely not my fave episode, but my next door neighbor was in a majority of it. She was "kathy", one of the two ladies by the side of their leader. I thought she did really well, but the episode was kind of weak.

That's really cool got to be exciting for her!

The show has turned into a meandering soap opera.

It was so bad it made my DVR freeze up twice. It's like it was telling me to just turn it off.

For starters, the chick playing Tara is the worst actor on the show. She makes Coral look like Anthony fricking Hopkins. God damn.

My wife had a kid this year and isn't a fatass. Sorry, but that's inexcusable for an actress who is supposed to be surviving on canned beans in the zombie apocalypse. Plus, she's a scientologist, so frick that bitch.

Nah, then they'd just leave shite tons of unresolved plot points until the series finale and be all like, "Rick had a fever dream!"

Okay, now that I'm finished reading the entire thread, it's time to serve it up hot.

Holy frick! That was an absolutely awful episode. The cute sniper was the only redeeming quality. Tara and Butch Headbump may have been the two most terribly acted lesbians in the history of television.

There was absolutely zero subtlety in the plot devices they used, either. They couldn't have hit you any harder over the head with the shed full of assault rifles. So, Negan killed all the men but left the women with an arsenal? frick me that was a pitiful episode. That's some shite that needs to be shown in bits and pieces during other episodes. Dedicating an entire episode to that shite should get someone fired.

The shitfest that was this week's episode is a completely show thing.

Action isn't the issue. This week had plenty of action.

Another horrible episode. At this point Walking Dead just looks good by comparison to Fear The Walking Dead.

This week's action was all terrible though.

This entire episode was terrible.

I can overlook bad acting, bad writing, and even poorly done action scenes if I'm still entertained, but that was not entertaining.

Oh I agree. I am just saying that people aren't complaining bc there wasn't "action" or plenty of zombie killing.

It was just all terribly done.

Most of the worst things on the show were created completely for the show. Season 3 is a glaring example with the way they handled the Governor and Andrea, and it seems like they're shooting for a repeat while rolling out Negan.

To be fair, I didn't like this part of the comics either. I'm suffering through it.
