A group of Alexandrians embarks on a journey; one member of the group must make a heartbreaking decision.

Aka official "Raid the bull dykes" episode.

The producer of the show says he wants the show to go on for 20 years. There's no way that happens nor should it. Every show should have a beginning and ending, and there's zero chance the actors stay on for that long.

Ugh. Kill it with fire. These threads were 10 pages deep just two years ago before the show.

I'm still watching, but the show gotta end.

That's the biggest killer of good ideas/actors/execution IMO

They try to milk it. There absolutely needs to be a road map to guide them, even if they do change their mind along the way. They are killing their own show by slowly trudging along with repetitive story arcs that is making people lose interest.

But they are holding "good ideas" close to the vest for season 17.

I'm willing to bet the first couple of seasons had this, and it was what allowed for the following to grow to what it has. Now that it has blown up, they are just cashing in on the franchise.

I guess it could keep going if they kill off old characters and keep adding new ones, but 20 years is too much.

They tried to milk out the March To War stortline for an entire season, thats the biggest problem here.

I can't wait for this half-season to be over. Stuff's been mind-numbingly boring. Credit to them for keeping people like me who think this way coming back each Sunday for another helping of this garb though.

Have they made any progress toward killing Negan?

That's all I care about .

It doesn't need to be 16 episodes.

Cut that in half, spend twice as long and twice the budget on each episode.

Would force more story and plot movement and give the freedom to..if they have any competent writers at amc anymore..to do with they do.

Tired of seeing every corpse in long sleeves..ankle long dresses, etc. Looks lazy.

The acting and music is shite.

Rosita and Sasha would have been dead long ago. 90% of the current cast would be..Rick should have, he's been the luckiest motherfricker in the apocalypse. And brought bad luck to everyone else.

I was certain that was taken out of context. Nope. Scott Gimple stated this week, "We are trying to do twenty years. The comic has certainly done it." I'm might as well bail out now. I'm not watching what could be 2-3 seasons of quality TV spread out over the next 13 years.

This show is dying a slow death. It's basically a soap opera that airs once a week. They need to wind it down soon & let it fade with whatever dignity it has left

I got behind after the first two episodes of this season and never bothered to catch up. I think I'm done with it.

what's sad is that Fear the walking Dead is still a thing.

That budget needs to be scrapped.

They have fabulous actors and some great characters but we never see them interact because we get a rosita and Sasha episodes. When is the last time Negan and Rick interacted? For fricks sake if they want to draw out the shows spend four shows following around Negan. He's fantastic. These last four or five episodes are just boring.

And Chris Hardwick doesn't need another show.

If I ever see him irl, it'll cause a 30+ page thread on the OT.

Watching South Carolina make it to the Final Four has me pulling for some old magic from TWD.
