Claire was a shitty character, and needed to die, remember - he had Molly Walker who you just mentioned in the next paragraph to find evos... why the frick do you ignore that he would have used Molly Walker to find his daughter, who would have been said she was dead? - which also brings me to, if the Haitian wiped his brain, he implanted them with the memory of Molly Walker showing him that Claire was indeed, dead. It has nothing to do with "accepting", it has to do with Molly showing him she's dead, which is probably a very easy thing to do for the Haitian. I'm honestly just accepting that Molly Walker did show Noah that Claire was indeed dead.
