If Steve and JMac would have voted Julia out, Liz would've still won the DE HOH, and then put them both up with one going home. That was the exact reason why you don't take your first shot at the weakest member while leaving a far more dangerous member in that would've been out for blood. Steve and JMac made the right call, and anyone that thinks one of them wouldn't have gone home is crazy.

You have no idea how that would have panned out. It's more likely that she would have been highly flustered after her sister was blind sided which would impact her ability to compete.

Considering her personality, I think it is far more likely that she would've just been pissed and more focused on avenging her sister. I doubt very seriously it would've shaken her to the point where she would've been flustered to the extent to where she wouldn't have been able to answer true and false questions.
