New Girl was buckets better with Fox.

I know it was only a couple of episodes, but when Jess got back I found myself wanting to sucker punch her. Annoying as hell, it is like they ratcheted her character up to 15 on a simple 1 to 10 scale.

I watched 4 or 5 episodes on and off in season 1...was ok but quit watching. Is this a show I should give another shot? Not the biggest Zooey fan, but I like the rest of the cast. Do I have to start at episode 1 or can I jump in wherever?

Season 1 is literally all about Jess...which sucks, but from then on it's more about the rest of the cast and less Jess...which is cool.
