According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Look Who's Back," which is based on a best-selling 2012 novel, "Er ist wieder da," will come to the streaming service in April.

The film follows Adolf Hitler as he wakes up in 2011 with no memory of anything since 1945. Hitler (played by German actor Oliver Masucci), poor and alone in the world, ends up landing a show on TV after others mistake him for a comedian. Little do they know he's the real deal.

Imagine seeing how Hitler would interact with typical Germans and you have an idea of what to expect from "Look Who's Back."

This sounds hilarious. I've always thought ruthless dictators were an untapped source of comedy gold.

This show will get so much faux outrage buzz.

...and is in German. Just a heads up.

And no, that is not an attempt at a joke about it being an old post.

I heard about "Heil Honey I'm Home" on some podcast. Either Nerdist, TESD or Hollywood Babble-On. Obviously someone else was listening as well and decided to give a Hitler comedy a shot again.

The book is great. I read it a few months back on the recommendation of a German friend.
