Just signed up for Netflix last night. Set up each individual profile for me, wife, daughter # 1 and daughter # 2.

Daughter # 1 and daughter # 2 have their own profiles set to "Kids 12 & Under." They are currently watching Netflix on their iPads.

Mom and dad have our profiles set to "Adults."

What's to say the kids don't accidentally learn how to switch profiles on their iPads?

There is no password protection on each profile, correct? Any work-around solution?

None that I know of. All of our profiles come up on the screen. Nothing prevents me from choosing someone else's profile.

That's what I saw and thought. It would be nice if they could add a password option at some point for each profile.

I'd just make it clear to them that you can see activity on your profile. And you will know if you didn't watch it.

This. It's really more like separate bookmarks/history than parental controls.
