A few thoughts...
What the frick was Blake thinking stealing Nic? He's different, but he had no chance of winning this thing. None. He's just not that good.
I wasn't overly impressed with anyone last night, maybe the talent is going to come out in later battle round episodes, but last night was boring. I think overall they made the right cuts, except maybe Donna.

So far I think Grey has to be one of the ones to beat this season.

Grey was the best last night, but no one blew me away. Probably saving all the better battles for later.

Watching last night's episode now.
Grey is okay. Gay Nick sucks. Obvious choice. Can't believe Blake stole Nick. I really think he's just banking on him being popular in the voting.
Christina looking fricking smokin'. Nice to have hot Christina back.
Amber and Timyra was a good battle. They both started off kinda bad but picked up really well (confidence?). At one point they were just screaming at each other.
I'm surprised nobody picked up Timyra.
It's gotta be pretty fricking sweet to walk in and see Cher as your coach. She's prolly the biggest name ever on the show. Pretty cool.
This fat country chick can sing. Shelby Z. I agree that the song wasn't really fair for Justin. Shelby is the pick though........yup.
I love how the coaches are always like "he/she didn't deserve to go home" but they didn't steal them.
Caroline/Anthony. I like Caroline a lot more this time around. She sounds cool as frick singing this song. I'd like to hear her bust out some pipes though; she sounds like she could if she wanted to. If pick her easily. Man, Anthony is a weird looking dude. Good choice, CeeLo. I think Anthony will do well with Christina.
Christina's boobs are on the verge of freaking me out, but they aren't as bad as last time she was on. I wonder if she got them fixed.
Donna/Tessanne. Donna is fricking awesome. She definitely can oversing sometimes though. That was a good battle. Really thought Donna was gonna get stolen. She's awesome.
Jackie/Briana. Nice song choice from Christina. Jackie is SICK for 16. Something about Briana that I don't really care for. Not sure what it is...maybe that she pronounces shite weird sometimes? Could be her MC Hammer pants? She's hot though (despite the apparent "Cuoco weird eye").
CHRISTINA FREAK BOOB...AHHHHH!!!!! (video evidence forthcoming)

Seriously, why the hell would you breeze through 3 battle rounds. Could have cut out some of the 10 minutes each we had to watch of the first two battle rehearsals. I HATE when they do this.

Totally agree. They drug out last night and then they were in FF tonight. Irks me. Too many commercials just like always.
