My glowing reviews of Archer have to be somewhat modified

Archer Vice is almost unwatchable. The series has lost its dialogical wit in favor of screams and bellows by an overcoked Pam, while Cheryl/Charlene has lost the malapropist innocence that made her character endearing.
Whose idea was this? Did Adam Reed just get lazy?

I read somewhere it was a change they made because of their agency being named ISIS and the growing prevalence of the terrorist group by the same name. I don't know if that's concrete though.
But yeah I agree, The Archer Vice season was the worst one so far, but season 6 was pretty good imo. I'm really looking forward to season 7

I can't watch it because of Archer's voice. Man it's gruff.

Yeah - Archer Vice was kind of a reset year, sort of a sorbet to cleanse the pallette. Now they're going to work, more or less, officially for the U.S. government directly.
That ought to go over well.

I binge watched Archer Vice and that wasn't too bad, because it was kind of like having the cocaine habit with her.

I thought when they first announced it, it was going to be epic....but yeah pretty disappointing.
