Forrest Gump final 30 minutes gets me every single time.
Saving Private Ryan at the very end is also very powerful
Opening scene of "Up" gets close

When the little girl freaks out about her dad leaving at the end of "Hope Floats."

Cake with Jennifer Anistan. Possibly the saddest movie I've ever seen.
The ending of Field of Dreams. I may never be able to watch that movie again since my Dad passed.

End scene of Dances with Wolves when Wind in his Hair is screaming from the cliff.....
End of Shawshank Redemption, but not because it's sad, but I always get teared up thinking, man i'd like a friendship like that. Its a happy cry....

Toy Story 3
I'm not an emotional guy, but holy shite. The last 15 minutes of that movie was designed to stir up the allergies. It was absolutely mentally exhausting trying to look at something else and put another thought in my mind.
Also, now that i'm a dad, i get more emotional over scenes involving dads and their kids.

We have had to ban two movies (or scenes, I guess) in our house:
Marley and Me - my wife had an identical dog (especially old Marley) that she grew up with and had to put down. That scene at the vet damn near traumatizes her anytime it comes on.
Up - I just weep like a bitch during the opening scene. My wife doesn't even cry as hard as I do. I don't know why, but every time it just kills me.

Yeah this is a heavy hitter.

For some reason, those get to me hardest. And since my example hasn't been posted yet.
The ending to Pay It Forward.

I cried when Rocky cried out for Adrian at the end of Rocky II - "Yo Adrian, I did it!" Again, happy cry.

I can think of a few, mostly already are mentioned...
End scene of Armaggedon, as some have said, along with Toy Story 3. Saving Private Ryan is also a good one.. the fact that that whole crew risked their lives (many gave) to send that guy home is incredible - "Earn it"
One I haven't seen on here yet was the ending and montage of American Sniper. That family was so happy, and you just knew what was going to happen when he left.. and during the credits..

The Fox and the Hound, was probably only about 7 at the time, but I definitely cried.
Had some dust get into my eyes watching I Am Legend when Will Smith had to kill his dog.
