I'm not sure if I'd say either is the most underrated of all time, but a few that come to mind-
Timecop
good call, time cop is easily van damme's best movie.
kudos to whoever said adaptation, ill throw in sideways as well; although I don't think either is underrated, just not enough people have probably seen either movie
a thread like this comes up a few times a year so I'll circle back to my usual response.... assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert ford is the most criminally underrated film of all time. its a fricking masterpiece.

High Fidelity is one of my favorite movies and Jack Black at his comedic peak.

Leon: The Professional
I know it's well regarded, but it should be thought of even more highly.

In my opinion, it is Road to Perdition. Got good reviews, but I would say it is not discussed very much.

I love the John Water's film, "Pecker" and no one ever talks about it. It is funny as hell.

Great call. I came across Road to Perdition on HBO or Cinemax in the last couple of weeks and wondered why it doesn't come on more.

The acting and dialogue in this film is terrible, but the story and the universe is actually really cool.

Dammit! Beat me to it!
Couple of lesser-appreciated Will Ferrel comedies:
The Campaign (which now now be considered almost 1984 level prophecy)
Semi-Pro

Hard to argue with Road to Perdition. I never see or hear much about We Own the Night but it's an excellent movie with a haunting score.

Never understood the hate for this movie. I watch it ever time it comes on
