It's got to the the episode of Different Strokes in which Arnold and Dudley almost get molested by the bike shop owner, right?

Probably Jessica Simpson's little sister getting busted immediately for lip syncing and then doing some kind of hoedown square dance type deal off the stage while the band still played her awful song.

I can tell you are you because Jumping the Shark wasn't cringe worthy. It was probably the water cooler moment of the year.
The whole Jump The Shark phrase is stupid because Happy Days didn't suddenly drop in the ratings.
