Mitch Rapp Movie- Not sure about the cast so far

Some the cast has been announced. LINK
Michael Keaton might be ok as Stan Hurley but the actor playing Rapp is just all wrong. They needed to find a largely unknown and let him be Mitch Rapp like Damon did with Bourne.
What do y'all think?

Dude...
Damon was a star before Bourne. He starred in several films before Bourne identity, such as:
Legend of Bagger Vance
Dogma
Talented Mr Ripley
Oceans Eleven
Rounders
Saving Private Ryan
Good Will Hunting

I can only think of three movies that Dylan O'Brien has been in - he's an up and coming guy - so it meets what you're looking for kind of perfectly - in fact I kind of wish he would play Scot Harvath instead of Rapp

Terrible choice for Rapp. Hell, Kitsch would have been a better choice for the role.

O'brien seems too young to play rapp. I always pictured Eric bana when I read the books.
