Just got out of IMAX 3D...idk how it got such low ratings
There is a frick ton of special effects but this movie was awesome
Ive never seen a movie twice in theaters but I'll be seeing it again for sure

Just got out and I hated it. Dragged on forevvvvvver and all the action seemed very repetitive. I was just bored by it overall. I dozed off a couple times and I never do in midnight showing. I like superhero movies all of them usually.
But that's just my opinion. I'm sure others will love it

I think Superman fanboys will love this movie. Everybody else will be split about 50-50.

Simply amazing. I was surprised by the number of times that Cavill's voice sounded just like Christopher Reeve's or something he did in a scene so closely resembled something Reeve did in the original movie.
Amazing movie and will be seeing again.

I thought it was really bad. The story was right out of the new testament, the acting was ok, barring Adams, and the movie dragged on. Seriously disappointed, as I have been waiting a long time to see this movie. Thought it sucked.

Saw it in IMAX as well. I loved it.
I'm not familiar with comic stories by any means, and admittedly my knowledge of Superman is very limited, but I actually really enjoyed the development and background that was given to the story. The action scenes are immense and it is mostly a sci-fi film which I enjoy.
The only knock I have against the film is Adams. Maybe I just never really understood her appeal and think she is kind of boring but her performance was a little dull, but I thought Cavill did good.
Put it this way, I was basically dragged to the midnight showing by my friends and I didn't want to go because of work this morning, but I'm very happy I went. I thought it was great.
