Adding comedy to an action movie actually does a lot for it.

The Searchers, a brutally grim movie for the most part, has some very funny scenes in it. You need to balance things out to get a really good movie.

Eh, early reviews don't mean much. It's a positive sign, for sure, but not definitive. I have high hopes that Waititi just went all crazy and made whatever he wanted.

Jeff Golbluum is in it. So clearly, the movie must be amazing.

The first Thor wasn’t bad...by no means great but ok.

#2 just felt unnecessary

All I remember from the first Thor is Thor throwing down the coffee cup (which was hilarious) and Stan Lee's cameo. Just totally bizarre that they went even darker with the sequel when the two best moments were very comedic. Seems like they've finally figured out Chris Hemsworth is actually funny. Hope he hosts SNL this year to make them funny for once.

And yeah, everyone says that Valkyrie stole the show, so this image is probably more epic than I currently realize:

I definitely look forward to Loki and Hulk's interaction given this:

Not sure how comedy and Thanos works...

Comedy and Ronan the Accuser worked well.

Ronan is a less powerful Thanos

Loki

Just give him a solo film please? He has a bunch of fun stories to work through.

I feel they might swan song him here though.
