A Little Bit of Background on it
‘Honest Trailers’ Creator Andy Signore Fired for ‘Egregious and Intolerable’ Sexual Behavior
While everyone was focusing on Weinstein this stuff was happening as well, pretty horrible stuff:
glad this filth is finally gone... I feel dirty for watching Honest Trailers the last few years now though. Can't go back though, at least Defy did the right thing in my mind. (unfortunately I do not believe they did it in the right manner... and waited WAY too long)

P.S: Jon Bailey (the voice of Honest Trailers) is actually the co-creator of Honest Trailers with Andy Signore - the guy that was doing this stuff.

Ok, I’m going to be the bad guy here.
“He took out sex toys and tried to force them into me”
I just watched the Defranco clip you showed and that’s the standout accusation. That accusation crosses harassment into sexual assault. NONE of the other example includes assault.
So I have a couple of doubts about that single claim, but on the other hand it’s obvious this guy doesn’t know how to conduct himself in a business atmosphere. I will say this though. I doubt he committed any crimes as we define them.
Therefore I’m not going to feel guilty about watching anything screen junkies puts out.
Let’s not equate sexual harassment with sexual assault. Please let’s not go there.

I agree with this, sometimes the two are used hand in hand, but they are not the same.

I don't think he committed any crimes, but I still don't think he needed to be employed at DEFY media if they wanted to keep taking themselves seriously after all of these accusations.

yes, but there are pictures of text messages from other women as well as this accusation - with the pictures from text and the woman making the accusation having no other reason to do this, than to bring about change and bring light to the truth... I believe her. In today's world, we still want to live in the "they are lying about this" mentality, to try and protect the person that's being accused. Which brings me to:

What text messages are you talking about? I saw the one where he asked the chick to send him a picture and she did. But none of that is against the law. That was my only point.
I just have a feeling “he tried to force them into me” is a bit overstated for dramatic effect I mean you have to a be a rapey MFer to do that.
ETA: just to clarify, I do believe the girl but I do believe she used a bit of hyperbole in the part where she accused him of forced sodomy.
