Yikes.
The person banned from Twitter was a notorious serial racist. And I don't know anything about "fake attacks" as I really didn't follow this story that closely but nothing gives anybody the right to leak someone's nudes/drivers license/passport information just because they aren't a fan.

I don't care who the guy was. She created fake tweets attacking herself to help generate that whole situation. No sympathy shall be had from me with that knowledge. And nobody thinks its ok her nudes got hacked. But the fact is, nobody wants to see her nudes anyways, so find someone who actually deserves and needs you to go to their defense with the whole "please leave this poor woman alone" shtick.

I would say that someone who had their personal information and private photos put out there to the world without their consent "deserves" a little sticking up for, but then again I'm a decent human being. :shrug:
