Knock Knock - Keanu Reeves flick

I think Sicario is on Hulu. Watch that instead.

It reminded me a lot of Hard Candy but a little darker.

worth it for the peach below. movie isn't very good though. entertaining enough for a weeknight evening i suppose.

It's a remake of Death Game (1977). I thought it was horrible.

Keanu Reeves has had a lot of great roles through the years, but his role in this movie is the worst I've seen. He mostly just gets tormented -- psychologically, physically, and sexually in creepy ways, and there really isn't much going on beyond that. Perhaps people who like to see men tormented in these ways (or people who have vengeful/angry feelings toward "cheaters") might like this movie.

I thought there were some interesting bits of dialogue, but they were too sparse to have a big impact on the movie for me.

I watched yesterday, and goddamn - Ana de Armas was incredibly hot in this. I had never heard of her before. But I kept thinking, "If he doesn't bend this bitch over REAL soon, I'm never watching another Keanu movie. Thankfully, the movie delivered in glorious ways as far as Ana goes. So incredibly worth the watch for those glorious breasts. After the fricking, I just fast forwarded through most of it and stopped here and there when it looked like the story progressed in some way. Cringeworthy acting by Keanu, but did I mention Ana's breasts? This just might be the worst movie that I ever force myself to rewatch.
For this genre, Hard Candy is far superior. One of my favorite movies, mostly because I love Ellen Page.
