Already on Episode 5. Been blowing through these they're fantastic as usual
Interesting that the Theodore Roosevelt branch hated the FDR branch of the family. Honestly Burns could do one on paint drying and I'd find it interesting

It's a great series. With Teddy being my favorite President of all time is was actually quite interesting and illuminating. Teddy and Eleanor were the most interesting to me, with FDR's personal story being the least interesting but still very edifying.

I find myself mentally editing Burns' programs when I hear something for the second or third time. Most would be better at about 2/3 length. Just cut out the repetition, and that will do it.

I have not seen the show, was Theodore Roosevelt III in a lead role?
He won the CMOH in WWII and passed away on July 12 1944 not long after landing on Utah beach in the first wave on June 6 1944.

He's not the focus but they do cover his accomplishments. He won the medal that his dad wanted for himself.

When I was in Junior High, we had a Teddy Roosevelt impersonator give a speech to our class. He was sponsored by the Orange Juice lobby and his topic was personal health (he'd turned himself from a sick weakling into an action hero president). The guy kept telling us that it was important to have a good breakfast, complete with OJ.
