I think they closed down Spurbury Police and went back to Highway Patrol.

The state still closed the highway patrol but broken lizard got hired as the Spurbury police because all the old spd cops were running drugs.

Yeah I know but I'm saying/speculating for Supertroopers 2, they went back to Highway Patrol.
