that was JP #2 I believe.

You're right. So JP2 had the two worst scenes in the franchise.

This is indisputable in my opinion.

I don't see the genetic engineering angle as a problem.

This is a sequel to a movie in which dinosaurs are created by mixing dinosaur DNA with frog DNA, and it just so happens to be a frog that can switch genders.
And none of the scientists saw that coming.

Oh, and Sam Jackson's detached arm just happens to fall on the chick's shoulder.

They're greedy. That's the central theme to all the movies.

But think of the insurance premiums! How much does a ticket to this park cost for them to turn a profit?

"We can charge 2000 a day, 10,000 a day and people will pay it."
"This park isn't only for the super rich."
"We can have a coupon day or something."

o this day the T-Rex getting loose in San Diego makes zero sense. How in the hell did he get out of the cargo hold, kill all of the crew, and then lock himself back inside?

He didn't a pack of raptors did, that was to be the set up for the next movie, but they went in a different direction and cut out the raptors jumping from the ship.

I'm not talking about training raptors. The jury is still out on that. But many birds are smart. And you continuing to deny it does not reflect greatly on you.

Nobody is denying it, but intelligence is relative, and saying that birds are not smart is not a false statement.

But again....... For the 28th fricking time now, I am not denying that birds are smart.

I am stating that raptors and humans on the same side in a JP movie is a fricking retarded idea.

Well we don't know if they will be fighting side-by-side. Even if they are, it's not like humans will be sitting at a strategy table with Raptors. It will probably be more like the Stark's fighting with their dire wolf's or something like that. Besides it's reasonable that if this new dinosaur is a threat to other dinosaurs, they will be more likely to ignore humans until that threat is gone.

Oh, who am I kidding. That movie was terrible.

If/When the raptors do help the humans against some larger threat, it's not like they're all gonna line up together and charge full speed at the hybrid. Velociraptors are smart and hunt strategically, they don't just blitzkrieg.

I can't believe I'm actually having this conversation.
The raptors & the human on the bike were clearly all fleeing from the same threat in that scene.

assuming people had heard of what happened to the people at the original park, you would think they would avoid any place with the word jurassic in the title.

We get it. They're brilliant, and tomorrow, I finna eat three of them.
I never said I wouldn't eat a Raptor either. What does that have to do with anything?

When all of the details of the plot come out and clearly show that Pratt is a Raptor whisperer, you're gonna retreat back to the MSB.
