greengrass is a hack with some of the shittiest cinematography in the business right now...

some family friends bought me a ticket to go see it with them at IPIC in Houston, so I have to go smh. Hopefully I can tolerate the shitty, parkinson's camerawork for a while

I'm going with some friends to the late show. Should we see Star Trek instead?

Star Trek was awesome. Just ludicrous enough to be a ton of fun.

Think about it, when the cars from Fast and Furious defy the law of gravity you're like, "that's fake as shite", but what happens when the car is a starship and there is no gravity?

I love bourne but i watched an extended trailer of it and it kind of killed my movie boner. Seemed like a weak storyline they came up with to bring him back

nothing. hes just one of those people that lets an actors politics or opinions effect what they think of them as an actor. Which is dumb.

He also went against "diversity" just for the sake of diversity on project green light, something that I and many people on here would agree with, but since he took a stance on gun violence no more Damon movie.....

So seriously, since quite a few people on here let Hollywood stars politics influence their movie options.... What movies do y'all actually end up watching???

I should have edited to say I will go see it but he's a fricking idiot because I will see it and watch anything else he is in that looks good. If someone entertains me I'm not going to boycott them but for him to take such a strong stance against the second amendment and then do all the movies he does is just seems dumb. If you have that strong of a feeling against something then don't have it in your movies.

For someone to take fictional movies and their actors that seriously is also pretty dumb

Just saw the movie…. Very average at best. Predictable, boring, no sense of danger or tension for the audience, plus Greengrass directing gets very old very quickly.

It felt like they made the movie just to make another Bourne movie. The story was very… very thin and I found myself rooting for no one in the movie… they were all unlikeable assholes, Bourne included.

It felt like those last couple Brosnon Bond movies where they were just kind of going through the motions and hitting all the notes of a big action spy movie with no real substance.

No. Not until they redo the series true to the books.

They only watch movies with Charlton Heston or Ted Nugent.

They used to watch flicks with Ronald Reagan, but he's on the ban list for supporting the Brady Bill.
