Final fight scene in Killzone by Donnie Yen and Sammo Hung

or the fight right bf with Donnie Yen and the henchman in the alley.

Killzone is a great kickass movie.

I would put the fight in the matrix in the subway up there. But I see your point, the first bane fight scene was great. I think the robbery sequence of the dark knight was better though.

The first time that Neo and Morpheus fight in the simulation in the Matrix was jaw dropping when I saw it the first time

I felt that way at the beginning of the movie for trinity's fight. I walked in to the movie having no idea what it was about or like.

The fight was just a brutal beat down of a tired with life, totally dejected Batman. Like he said he(Batman) was already beaten before this fight started by all his victories and lifes toll. 2nd fight was more about Batman finding his purpose again, but even with that edge he knew he could not defeat Bane head on. Too strong. Had to figure something else out. Thankgod he clipped his mask line that fed him his dope.

but as for me I always get amazed at martial art movies. Bruce Lee is still king. But that scene with Jet Li walking up the poles enroute to fight his opponent on top this high staged canvas and doing some of the unbelievable things he did once he got up there still blows me away.

Great scene, represented the comics well. It was so good that the 2nd fight scene pales in comparison for me. It was too fast, over too quickly. I expected more from the final showdown.

Holy shite! I didn't think anyone else knew this movie existed.

That being said. Oldboy wins. Just because it was one 5 minute take. No editing.

my favorite line "by then, it was nothing to me but BLINDNESS"

the way he said that word as he goes to choke out batman was just perfect

It is definitely my favorite scene in the movie. I think the fact that no background music was playing during the fight adds to the epicness. It also shows how badass Bane is when his men are just standing around watching Bruce give everything he's got with each swing & bane isn't flinching.

yes, loved the no music and bane's guys were just in awe. like I said, they're realizing it's their leader fighting against his basically one true opponent or nemesis who is of equal training, only separated by morals.

there was just so much to pick up on from just a "fight scene."

remember watching in silence and letting out a "frick" afterwards

aye, I thought it was a little emotionally painful to watch. Not quite as strong as Passion of the Christ painful, but similar in feeling.
