No. Not even close.
She is faithful. Would kill for her family. She keeps a clean house and cooks.
She allows Hank to do what he wants.
For all the hatred of Peggy, the only negative is she is ugly and thinks she knows everything.
While annoying, she isn't on par with any of the terrible tv wives.
