I'm trying to figure out what movie this was from...

It involved the actor having a HUGE itinerary for a vacation all planned out, and apparently it didn't go according to plan and he was disappointed. I seem to remember that a multiple-page itinerary was briefly involved.
Vaguely remember this scenario, just can't place the movie or the actor.
Anybody here know where this could be from?
