I watched this show a lot when I was younger. I think it came on either before or after DBZ after school. I always forget the name though. I wonder if it's worth it for a rewatch for noatalgia's sake.

No it did not age well in IMO. However a reboot movie aimed at a more mature audience could fix most those problems.
In essence it is a more violent Power Rangers Anime with unfortunately MMPR Dialogue. The Anime for the time is pretty solid and the characters as a whole are pretty well written. The dialogue though is weak, repetitive, and some of the voice actors like Talpa are annoying.
