{***spoilers for people without common sense and/or self control***}

Where the hell is he? I thought he might have been Randyll Tarly because he was perfect for that role. But he isn't. So he must be someone significant if he hasn't shown up, yet, right?

Or did I completely miss him?

He is rumored to play a character named Septon Maribald which should be next episode if the previews are an indication

If you put spoilers in the thread title I'll tell you when he will show up.

IMDB says he's in an episode called, "The Broken Man." That's next week's episode.

Aw hell, they should just steer into it and give us a Cleganebowl Champ vs BastardBowl Champ conflict.

And in that same "Next On," it shows two legs walking across a battlefield of dead men. I wonder to whom those legs belong...

I just can't imagine him popping up in another episode. "The Broken Man" says it all

I just don't see it happening this season. In the future, it may well be, but I just don't see it this year. Not enough time left.

If it doesn't happen in the show...what a monumental jip.

Can't figure out why they would abandon such a perfect set-up and omit it. D&D SHOULD and WILL catch 7 Hells for that, and deservedly so.

It's always been my favorite pet Valonqar thy.
Even if it hasn't anything to do with the VQ, it MUST happen at some point.

It will. And Tommen will die.

This is all speculation of course, but one of her kids has died every season the last two seasons, and she has mentioned her trial by combat in pretty much every episode this season it seems like.

I agree Tommen will die. Even with the hound likely back next episode, I don't see him making his way to kings landing and fighting his brother in the following two (I'm assuming one episode will be entirely focused on the battle in the north).

The bastardbowl will probably be episode 9, so if they set up the hounds return in the next episode you can say that he could make it to kings landing in the final episode. Timelines are all over the place from scene to scene, episode to episode. It's not impossible and would make a hell of a finale.

I agree. I'm thinking next season. May not even be a trial by combat, but they have to fight. Sandor HAS to kill him
