good move or bad move?

Bunch of my friends want to go out later and see it, but I havent seen the first one yet.

Should I watch 2 before 1?

IDK how much of a difference it would make honestly.

Apparently, and this isn't a spoiler because it is mentioned in the trailer, the bad guys in taken 2 are out for revenge for what Liam did in the first taken. Which is completely wreck their shizz up. Overall, the first one didn't win any awards but it was a good action movie with a predictable ending. I would see it just to see how the girl runs.

This is like saying, I haven't seen Hangover but I want to see Hangover II.

Or better yet, just rent Weekend at Bernies II (especially if you haven't seen part I) and call it a night.

They're both bland and simple. No real plot twists. If you've seen the previews then you know all there is to know.
