DVR didn’t record. My internet sucks so streaming on the CW website is not an option

Without looking, you can go to cw's website to find out... and even watch the episodes if you did miss any.

Flash - Barry Allen dies
Legends of Tomorrow - Martin Stein dies
Supernatural - Both Winchesters are killed when the Impala explodes
