i am not really interested in BP but i still haven't seen Ant Man and didn't see Dr Strange until it hit Netflix

Ant Man surprised the shite out of me. I had no desire to go see it at the theater, but checked out when it came on HBO or Showtime. I thought it was fantastic.

I couldn't care less to see this movie, but I am not the biggest superhero movie fan anyway. There are some Marvel or DC movies I haven't even seen and a few more I only saw later on a streaming service. This one makes me feel the same way. If i hear it is great I may go see it and if I hear it sucks I won't.

I won’t see it in theatres but I’ll Redbox it. Same for Thor: Ragnarok. I like comic book movies but I feel like it would have to be something grandiose like Avengers or Justice League to get me to the theatre to see it.

pretty much this. And frankly I doubt i will go see avengers or justice league. Avengers 2 sucked. And the DCU is short crap.
to OP, if you are cool with other idiotic super hero movies introducing a new super hero, but you have no interest in black panther, then yeah, you are probably racist.
