I can watch ANY series that HBo has ever aired; which to go with next?

The cable package I have has every series on demand that was ever on HBO. Looking for a new one to start. The ones I have seen already:
Sopranos
The Wire
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Boardwalk Empire
Entourage (most of it)
True Detective
Saw some of Game of Thrones a while back, but couldn't really get into it. May revisit it at a later point, but not now.

How about letting us know what you've already watched?

Do you see the show that dominates the M/TV Board?!?!
That's the one you watch.

One of HBO's first series was a comedy called "Dream On'. Loved that show back in the day, not sure if it stands the test of time though.

If you aren't already, you should definitely be watching GoT.
Not on HBO GO, but "The Life and Times of Tim" is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen, personally. I'd definitely recommend it since you've already seen The Sopranos and The Wire.
Very short episodes. Very easy to watch... not a huge investment.

Don't sleep on "ROME". Shortened ending, but excellent show for the 2 seasons it was on.

Tales From the Crypt is the way to go

I loved Dream On and Arliss as well. Were those the first two shows on HBO?

If Band of Brothers isn't on there, then Band of Brothers.
