Hypothetical: X-Men vs the Avengers

Other Spider-Man vs X-Men thread got me thinking who would win the ultimate battle: The Avengers vs the X-Men? I know they vary, so I'll give you the following teams:
Avengers
Iron Man
Captain America
Thor
Hulk
Black Widow
Hawkeye
Scarlet Witch
Vision
Quicksilver (Avengers not X-Men)
Ant-Man
X-Men
Cyclops
Jean Grey (Non-Phoenix since that would be a curb stomp)
Wolverine
Storm
Rogue
Beast
Nightcrawler
Gambit
Colossus
Kitty Pryde
Leaving Professor X out of it since I think all he has to do is take over the Hulk or Thor and do some serious damage. Who wins with these two teams?
EDIT: I'm going predominantly with the movie versions BTW.

Are we including Magneto in X-Men? He would have a field day with Iron Man, Thor, and Cap.

Just those teams as listed. No Magneto is not in this. I'm just having the regulars of each. Left out Professor X since that by default would make it 11 vs 9, and one of the Avengers most powerful at that.

I declare the Xmen lineup illegitimate. It has to include either Magneto or Professor X

Thor and Hulk are essentially immune to all the XMen listed, so I really don't see how it's really a question. One side has members the other literally can't kill.

Magneto first off really isn't an X-Men. Secondly, he'd take out Iron Man, Captain America, Vision, and Ant-Man fairly instantly (and maybe Thor to some extent, although I think he could recover). Hawkeye and Black Widow would be vulnerable as well.
Add in Professor X who could take over one of the more powerful ones (and maybe even more), and its a curb stomp. I initially had Professor X in there, but figured it wasn't much of a debate at that point and replaced him with Colossus.

Ok I've decided to play. Black Widow and Hawkeye would die immediately. Wolverine can't die, so he basically rips through everyone until they die. Rogue steals Hulk's powers. Thor has a fighting chance, as does Vision.

It wouldnt be close, even with Professor X because whichever if Thor/Hulk he didn't control would just kill him.

I don't know if that's really the case with Jean, Rogue, and Kitty. I'd imagine that the Hulk would be very vulnerable to the first two listed.

My understanding is Bruce Banner in Hulk form is indestructible. X could control him, but I don't think anyone could kill him.
Thor is effectively indestructible by human standards.

If Avengers get Vision, then X-Men need to have Professor X or Magneto. This is really unbalanced.

I'd easily take both Gambit or Kitty over Archangel. Iceman I might take over Gambit, but Kitty's phasing power is highly potent. Granted the Avengers have the superior phaser with Vision, but it's sure as shite a power I'd want facing off against Thor and the Hulk.

The professor would effectively calm him down and turn him human again, the Bruce becomes chopped liver.
