Who is that gaffing Frank off when he offers the handshake and then later facehugging the First Lady? The former President? He looks different and I'm not sure if it's him or someone we haven't seen before.

Nah. Frank needs to fall. This show needs to be a trilogy and end it this season. Really hope there's some time jump between this season and the last. Hopefully it's during reelection and then some of the shite comes out on the things he's done. That's the way I think they should handle it at least.

Did I catch a glimpse of President Walker in the teaser?
This, I hope that at this point, Frank is up for election (not really re-election given he never won it the first time) or he has already won the election and has begun to drop his guard from past crimes.
