In the span of just 18 months, Nicholas Cage released The Rock, Face/Off, and Con Air. What a string of incredible, over the top, action flicks.

Lets not get crazy here.
Over the top, yes.
The only really good one is The Rock.
People talk about 80's action bullshite but mid-90's were insane. The actors just weren't all roided up.
It is funny how Cage went from a romantic comedy guy - to big budget action star seemingly overnight - and then went back to romantic comedy guy.
