Holy god, Draft Day might be the worst sports film I've ever seen.

All of these football cliches, the three stooges for scouts or whoever might be the worst acting I've ever seen (the fat, bald one especially). Arian Foster, Bo Callahan, Diddy, the intern, just so much shitty acting. Maybe I don't remember her earlier stuff, but I never realized Jennifer Garner was so awful herself. I'm not even getting into the trade that the film revolves around just because of how excruciatingly stupid it is. Holy shite, that was awful!

Never saw Draft Day, but Garner is an awful, awful actress- maybe the absolute worst to achieve moderate success in the past decade or so.

Garner is not bad, it's just a dumb formula movie to cash in.

We are Marshall

Gridiron Gang

The longest yard (w/ adam sandler)

These are all in my top five worst movies I've ever seen. Eagle Eye is probably the worst, but those 3 were impossible to watch. Haven't seen draft day, but I believe you. It looks terrible.

i've only seen the middle of it but if you don't pay attention to the acting, lack of realness, and treat it like a really well produced youtube video of someone playing madden's franchise mode, then it's not awful.

I will probably be crucified for this, but I really loathed Rember the Titans. A prescribed Disney Formula script, Hayden P as an annoying tomboy(shitty acting to boot), and overall train wreck of forced scenes (example:sing-a-long in the locker room). Disney could have made Rember the Titans into an animated feature and have had better results.

For comparison, put it against FNL. Genuine chill scenes, better game action, character development, etc. It ain't even close.

I was entertained by it. It's not going to win an oscar but the trade was decently believable.

SPOILER!!!!!!

His owner wanted the QB, but he knew he had a good QB on the roster. If his owner wanted the first pick then I would save my job too and make it. The way he weaseled out of it was cheesy but it was an interesting look on what could potentially happen on a given draft day.

Remember the Titans was one I loved as a kid, but watching it years later I realize how shitty and contrived it was. A few scenes here and there held up, but yeah pretty much crap.

The Blindside is much worse though. Man I would fricking hate that movie if I were Oher.

I found it to be 2 hours of reasonable entertainment, but then I figured a movie with Kevin Costner about Draft Day wouldn't be Oscar-worthy.

I also enjoyed We Are Marshall and pretty much any other sports movie that doesn't involve Adam Sandler or The Rock.

It's got a solid soundtrack that helps it along. And it's pretty quotable.

I just laughed at this movie when I saw the previews. I laugh that hollywood thinks they can just spit out anything and people will watch it. These bastards need to start losing money on movies like this. I mean, like massive loss if they can't produce a quality movie. No more "Gunman" with Sean Penn, or 50 billion "Takens" , or Ashton kutcher romantic comedies.

I enjoyed just "Taken", and even "Taken 2" gets a pass, but "Taken 3" = no. And look what the Taken director has influenced, he influenced Sean Penn to think he's a relevant actor again in "Gunman", which has the EXACT same narrative. Do these people think we're just that stupid?

I couldn't agree more.

The worst is when she is cast as flirtatious or as the "hot chick". I find her completely devoid of sex appeal

Garner was on Fallon for St. Paddy's Day, and for once, I found her extremely attractive.

Im sure she has her moments. Its on the screen in the few movies ive glossed over with her, she tries to do this aloof sexy thing, its just..awkward. Idk
