Help me.....trying to think of 2 movies

The first one is probably 10 or more years old....came out around 2000 or so. I don't remember much, but the main character was some college aged guy who traveled around Europe, did drugs, fricked hot bitches, and did some crazy stuff. Sorry, can't really think of anything else.
The second movie is on the tip of my tongue and I know someone here will know what I'm talking about. It came out within the past 2 or so years. Set in the west back in the late 19th century I believe. A female was the main character as she tried to avenger her father's murderer. She was bitten by a snake and lost her leg I believe. Can't believe I can't remember the name of this one.....

no, it's not eurotrip. Pretty sure it came out several years before Eurotrip did, and I don't think it was a mainstream movie like that. wish I had more details

The second one is Double Jeopardy
ETA: Seriously though, first one does sound like Rules of Attraction. One of the main characters comes back from a eurotrip and there's a quick montage of all that. I remember him talking about picking up a hooker in Amsterdam and blowing a load on her chest.

I like it. One of the characters is the brother of Patrick Bateman from American Psycho.
