just subscribed to HBO and have been watching The Wire all day.

HBO Go is pretty incredible when you consider the massive amount of QUALITY content they have for you to consume.

enjoying it even more than my early days on netflix instant streaming.

Just downloaded the HBOGO app from my kid's XBox to watch Entourage. I'm pissed because it says parental controls won't allow us to watch anything over PG-13. We made sure the parental controls on the XBox are set to allow it, but it is also set through my Charter cable account. Went to my Charter account to change the settings, and it won't let me. GuessI need to call customer support. Was glad to see they have Deadwood on there as well, because I've been wanting ti rewatch it as well.

HBO go is the tits. I'm watching six feet under now, and I just noticed that they have Lucky Louie.

I hate HBOGO. I'd likely be a subscriber for the pure quality programming HBO puts out if they'd be more compatible with people who don't have cable. I can't count the number of shows by HBO that I've watched and loved. I've cut the proverbial cord and moved to streaming -- if you're going to offer a service like this, why would you make it contingent upon cable-esque accounts?

At least, that's my understanding of the service. Correct me if I'm wrong, and if I am I'll subscribe tomorrow, but you have to be a subscriber to HBO through television to get HBOGO.

This is why I got a Roku. I jumped on to a friend's HBO account and use it on there since I'm living cable-free. The movies rotate, which is awesome, and I'm starting to watch more of the series that HBO has.

Entourage, The Sopranos and Treme are what I've watched thus far. The Sopranos mostly because my father has the entire series on DVD.

Along with HBOGO my top apps are also Netflix, Hulu+ and Crackle. I think Hulu+ and HBOGO are at a tie though.

Yea. You have to have a cable or satellite subscription. Find a friend who has it and use theirs.

HBO go is the #1 reason I keep HBO around outside of GoT and boardwalk.

I've watched the first 4 seasons of Entourage in the past week.
