Are you air playing from your phone? If so you have to wait until the 10 second intro thing is done to click the top button to turn off the screen on your phone. It's a weird thing but it happens to me sometimes.

It's the same way for me. I always have so many issues with it on both my Xbox or iPad. We aren't alone either. Look at its ratings on the App Store.

I only have problems with it on my phone... when that happens, I clear out the cache or uninstall it. Works fine when I install it again. Other mediums work fine for me.
