I recently binge watched seasons 1 and 2, and it quickly became my favorite iteration of the source material, and Mads' Hannibal is just genious. I'm disappointed Michael Pitt isn't back but it looks great.

The only network show that is worth a damn. Coicindentally...it's the only network show that doesn't feel like a network show.

Can't wait. Great series and I find Mikkelsen is by far the best Hannibal Lecter I've ever seen.

It helps that he's actually a fleshed out character in the show and not just a scene-chewing caricature.

Yeah, Hopkins' portrayal hasn't aged well IMO.
