Guy gets arse kicked for spoiling Staw Wars

I've heard a lot of strong negative responses from fans about the Star Wars: The Force Awakens spoilers that some people spread online since Thursday. Even Harrison Ford even made a straighforward response to those trolls. I spotted a major spoiler in our fan page hours before I saw the film Thursday night, but I knew I couldn't avoid it since my work depends on managing social media pages. We even posted a comic about it.

So what happened when 20-year-old Raymon Chatfield came out of the theater in Bakersfield, California, after seeing the epic blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and shouted the ending of the film, which is a key spoiler to hundred or so fans waiting in liine for the next showing? A sweet-fashioned beat down, of course.

“I was waiting on line [sic] to see the 10pm showing,” said movie-goer Robert Selvidge. “Then this snot-nose kid walks past the line, shouts out the ending and starts laughing. He totally ruined the movie for everyone…what a jerk!”

A Boba Fett, a Wookiee, and a Stormtrooper (fans dressed up as them) approached him to teach the troll a lesson he will never forget. The trio of cosplayers assaulted Chatfield much to the initial joy of onlookers, which eventually turned to shock.

Another witness was quoted, saying, “I saw it all. This guy shouts out the spoiler right? Within 15 seconds he was on the ground getting his arse stomped.” The witness who asked to remain anonymous continued, “at first the crowd was cheering them on, and I think that made it worse. They beat him up for a solid 5 minutes, kicking him in the balls, punching him in the gut, bitch-slapping him…eventually people got quiet. Even I was like, okay…enough yo.”
